Work we can show.

LobbyScape is our own product. We describe client work in general terms, without client names, agencies, or numbers.

LobbyScape

LobbyScape tracks Florida government for the people who work it: lobbyists, associations, and advocacy teams. It reads the Florida House and Senate continuously, follows every bill and committee hearing, and tells its users what moved and why it matters.

We designed it, built it, and operate it ourselves, from the data crawlers to the subscription contracts. It is the clearest example of how we work: a product we have to keep running every day of session.

Built
Data crawlers, search, alerts, billing and e-signed contracts
Runs on
Cloudflare edge, Go services, scheduled crawls
Status
Live, with paying members

Mission software for a federal agency

Our engineers work inside a prime contractor’s agile team on a system that a federal law-enforcement agency depends on. We keep the team’s cadence: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code review on every change.

Federal work rewards discipline over speed. The job is shipping reliable increments that fit the program’s security and records requirements, and leaving documentation that outlasts any one developer.

Role
Subcontractor on an agile delivery team
Cadence
Two-week sprints with standing ceremonies
Focus
Secure features, reviews, and dependable delivery
BusinessMessaging platform

High-volume campaign messaging

Campaigns needed to reach tens of thousands of voters on the days that count, without losing track of the people who wrote back. We built a multi-tenant platform where each client has its own lists, prepaid balance, and reply inbox.

Sending runs through carrier-registered numbers with delivery tracking, so a failed message is visible and billable usage is exact.

Built
Lists, scheduled sends, wallets, reply inbox
Compliance
Carrier-registered messaging and opt-out handling
BusinessResearch tool

Text-to-voter surveys

A survey is only useful if you can see who answered what. Every response in this tool is tied to a record in the voter file, so results break out by party, age, gender, county, and district the moment they arrive.

Each campaign keeps its own list, and inbound messages are verified before they are counted.

Built
Multi-question surveys, crosstabs, per-campaign voter lists
BusinessMulti-tenant SaaS

Platform for charity events

Charity events juggle teams, sponsors, scores, and donations, usually across a pile of spreadsheets. This multi-tenant platform gives each organization registration, sponsorships, live scoring, kiosk check-in, auctions, and tax receipts in one place, with payouts to each organization’s own account.

Built
Registration, sponsorships, scoring, kiosks, auctions, receipts
NonprofitProgram management

Veterans services program

Veterans apply online or are added by staff when they have no internet access. Staff review eligibility, run distributions, and send pickup reminders by text and email, and replies from veterans land back in the record so nothing gets lost.

Built
Applications, eligibility review, distributions, SMS and email
HealthcarePrivacy by design

Offline-first field tracker

Entry takes seconds, one-handed, in hallways with no reception. Data saves on the device and syncs when a connection returns. By design it records counts and times only, so there is no patient information to protect in the first place.

Built
Offline sync, reporting, privacy-first data model
